The common areas of the St. Paul’s Mews (known as the Mews) are owned by St. Paul’s Mews Limited which is collectively owned by the 30 home owners. The Mews is managed by its Directors, who are elected from home-owners in the Mews, with support from fellow home-owners and residents.
Welcome to our community. Please be courteous and considerate of other users of the mews. Do not leave bin bags outside your house as the foxes and other animals will get into them. If this happens it will be your responsibility to clean it up. If you don’t clean it up then the home-owner will be charged a fee depending on the amount of work required.
